Individual Counselling
Evidence based and trauma-informed counselling. Available in person, online or via telephone.
Counselling can support people with a range of issues including mental health such as depression and anxiety; recovery from trauma including domestic and family violence, child abuse and sexual violence; parenting; grief, change and adjustment.
Fees: From $180/55min
Rebates may be claimed after payment.
Medicare - A Mental Health Treatment Plan is needed.
Private Health - Check with your fund to see what is covered, and what is required.
This is not a Bulk Billing practice.

Parent-infant/child Counselling
Working together with parents and their children to nurture parent-infant/child relationships and supporting parents to understand and respond to their children's needs. Support for very young children to overcome trauma, using the safety of the parent-child relationship. Counselling and support during pre-conception, pregnancy and early parenting to ensure the best possible relationship between parents and their child.
Fees: From $180/55min


Supervision
Clinical supervision for Social Workers, helping professionals, human service workers, DFV sector workers and health workers. Individuals or teams. Supporting professional growth and development, reflection and self awareness, skill-building and managing vicarious trauma and sustainability in the work.
