Individual Counselling

Trauma-informed counselling for adults, adolescents, and children. Available in person, online or via telephone. Counselling can support people with a range of issues including mental health concerns; recovery from trauma including domestic and family violence, child abuse and sexual violence; parenting; grief, change and adjustment.

Fees: From $180/60min

I do not offer Medicare or private health rebates. My fee remains lower than recommended fee from the Australian Association of Social Workers less the current Medicare rebate.

If you have been the victim of a violent crime in NSW you may be eligible for free counselling funded by NSW Victims Services. Click here for more information. NSW Victims Services approved counsellors receive payment of a minimum of $120/hour.

Parent-infant/child Counselling

Working together with parents and their children to nurture parent-infant/child relationships and supporting parents to understand and respond to their children's needs. Support for very young children to overcome trauma, using the safety of the parent-child relationship. Counselling and support during pregnancy and early parenting to ensure the best possible relationship between parents and their child.

Supervision

Clinical supervision for Social Workers, helping professionals, human service workers, DFV sector workers and health workers. Individuals or teams. Supporting professional growth and development, reflection and self awareness, skill-building and managing vicarious trauma and sustainability in the work.
