In 2022, I founded Jessica Grant Counselling to create a safe, welcoming space where people can feel supported to achieve their goals.

Every day, I’m inspired by the strength and courage of the people I meet. It’s a privilege to walk alongside them on as they move through life.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading historical fiction, experimenting in the kitchen (with dreams of opening a trattoria one day!), exploring nature, travelling, and soaking up time with my young grandchildren.
