I'm an Accredited Social Worker with over 24 years of experience serving communities in the Lower Hunter region of NSW, Australia.

I’ve worked in a range of community-based counselling roles offering

  • General counselling

  • Trauma-informed support

  • Mental health interventions

  • Parenting guidance

  • Case management

  • Clinical supervision

In 2022, I founded Jessica Grant Counselling to create a safe, welcoming space where people can feel supported in reaching their goals.

Every day, I’m inspired by the strength and courage of the people I meet. It’s a privilege to walk alongside them on their journeys.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading historical fiction, experimenting in the kitchen (with dreams of opening a trattoria one day!), exploring nature, travelling, and soaking up time with my two young grandchildren.

Hi,

I’m Jessica Grant.

Mission

At Jessica Grant Counselling, I’m committed to providing high-quality, compassionate Social Work counselling grounded in relational, trauma-informed approaches.

My mission is to:

  • Provide a safe, healing space

  • Support individuals in accessing their inner strength

  • Walk beside clients as they create meaningful, lasting change

I work with empathy, integrity, and respect for each person's unique journey.

Vision

I envision a world where:

  • Everyone’s rights and dignity are upheld

  • Communities are free from oppression and injustice
